STG Corporate and Commercial Law AB is a Stockholm based boutique law firm
focusing on business law, company law, investment processes, M&A and commercial law
Our services range from comprehensive M&A activities, negotiating and managing investment processes, company law and governance, producing and reviewing commercial agreements, acting as counsel in legal disputes as well as providing ad hoc support in general business and labour law related matters. The firm often operates as an external in-house counsel for SME:s with a pragmatic focus on the end goal. We help not only companies but also private individuals in said matters.

Business lawyer specialized in business development, company law and governance, fundraising and investment processes, mergers & acquisitions, commercial agreements and incentive programs. Advisor to company boards & management and investors/VC:s.
Experience also includes acting as an angel investor herself, and being appointed as expert in legislative work under the Swedish Minister of Financial Markets.
Katarina has done comparative research on the legal structure of investment funds and teaching & lecturing assignments at law schools/ Swedish universities, as well as international assignments for e.g. the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York.
Katarina also serves on advisory boards and has co-authored a book published by professor Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes from Miami University, "Impact of Women's Empowerment on SDGs in the Digital Era".
